First tip: How old is the exchange? Is it at least a couple years old? There are tons of traffic exchanges and more opening all the time. Who has already survived the test of time? Everybody has\/had to start somewhere but sooner or later you want to look at a track record.<\/p>\n
Also, for exchanges that have chats, you may want to get an idea of the audience in there by socializing with the chatters to see if they’re of a like mind with you. (You can also check Alexa or Quantcast to get an idea of the site audience.)<\/p>\n
