Plan? What Plan?
The plan that you created to achieve your business goal, of course!
Your goal is your destination and your plan is your map to get there. You can’t have a plan without a goal!
And you also have to have plans for bumps in your road. So if you haven’t written down your goal AND your plan, then it’s difficult to plan for bumps. So sit down and write them out!
